Yes! Southside Aerial is fully FAA Part 107 certified and insured. We fly legally and safely to ensure your project is handled professionally from start to finish.
3. What areas do you service?
We're based in Suffolk, VA, and proudly serve all of Hampton Roads- including Norfolk, Smithfield, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Hampton, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our zone? Just ask!
4. How much do your aerial photography services cost?

5. How long does a typical drone session take?
Most drone sessions take 1 to 2 hours depending on the project. We'll review your goals in advance to plan the perfect shot list and timeline. This does not include time frames for events.
6. Can you help with video editing and final deliverables?
Absolutely! We don't just shoot- we produce.
7. What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
If the weather is bad then we will reschedule (at no cost) to another date. The rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original date. We keep an eye on forecasts to give you the best chance at clear skies.
8. How soon will I get my photos and/or videos after the shoot?
Turnaround time is usually 2-5 business days, depending on the project's size and editing requirements. We'll always give you a timeline upfront.
9. Do you offer recurring content for businesses or social media?
Yes- we love helping brands build visual content libraries. Ask us about monthly packages or seaonal shots to keep your marketing fresh all year long.
